Agencies

Every client's search data, one connector for the whole team.

Give your analysts an AI agent that knows all fifty client sites, keep each client inside their own group, and send the monthly report without opening a spreadsheet.

In short

The Agency plan ($34 a month) gives an SEO agency one MCP connector for up to 25 client sites and 5 team seats, client groups that limit what each person and each AI agent can see, 16 months of stored history and an automatic monthly report per client by e-mail.

The agency problem with AI assistants

Your team already asks Claude or ChatGPT for SEO advice. The advice is generic because the assistant cannot see the client's Search Console. Exporting CSVs per client per question does not scale, and open-source MCP servers run on one laptop with one Google account. GSC Magic is the hosted middle layer: one Google connection, every client property, scoped access per person.

What Agency adds

Up to 25 sites

Import properties from Search Console with one click; Bing sites and GA4 properties are matched by host automatically.

5 seats, 4 roles

Owner, admin, member and viewer. Members are read-only in agents; viewers only see the dashboard.

Client groups

Assign sites to a group and people to the group. Dashboard, alerts, exports and every MCP tool call are limited to that group.

Automated client SEO reports

Automatic e-mail on the 1st of each month with month-over-month change, top queries and pages, and AI-assistant traffic. No Looker Studio templates to maintain.

Cross-site overview

One screen with clicks, impressions, alerts and sources that need attention across the whole portfolio.

16 months of history

Stored for every site, so year-over-year reports keep working after Google drops the oldest months.

A typical week

  1. Monday: the weekly digest lands with traffic drops and new indexing issues per client. An analyst asks the agent "which of these drops are also visible on Bing?" to separate algorithm from technical causes.
  2. Mid-week: "Run quick wins for Acme and draft three title rewrites" runs report_quick_wins, then the agent writes the proposals. "Check Core Web Vitals for the five pages you picked" adds cwv_get_url.
  3. Before the client call: "Compare the last 28 days with the same period last year and explain the three biggest movers" uses stored history that Search Console itself no longer shows for older clients.
  4. 1st of the month: the client report goes out on its own. The account manager reads it in the same inbox as the client.

Built for shared access

Permissions are computed on every request from the caller's role and group. Access tokens for scripts can be read-only and expire. Everything a client could ask about (who accessed what, when) is in the activity log and the account export. More on the security page.

Pricing

Agency is $34 a month (or $326 a year) for up to 25 sites and 5 seats, with everything in Pro. Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial; upgrade to Agency from the dashboard when you invite the team. Compare plans.

Agency questions

Can clients see each other's data?

No. Client groups scope every person and every token to their sites. A member in the "Acme" group sees only Acme in the dashboard, and an agent connected with their account can only call tools for Acme properties. Cross-tenant attempts are blocked and logged.

Do clients need their own GSC Magic account?

No. You connect the Google account that has access to the properties (yours or a delegated one), import the sites and invite clients or colleagues as members or viewers. Viewers can read the dashboard but have no agent access.

How do monthly client reports work?

On the first of each month every client group gets an e-mail with clicks and impressions versus the previous month, a daily chart, top queries and pages, and AI-assistant traffic from GA4. No Looker Studio, no templates.
