Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of GSC Magic, operated by Lumi Zone ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

GSC Magic is an MCP server that lets AI agents you choose read data from your Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics 4 accounts. We provide access to this data; we do not guarantee that it is complete, that any recommendation is correct, or that it will improve your rankings or traffic.

Your account

• You must be able to form a binding contract and have the right to connect the sites and accounts you add.
• Keep your sign-in and MCP connection secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.
• Information you give us must be accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, do not attempt to break or overload it, bypass plan limits, resell access without our written permission, access data you are not authorized to see, or use it in violation of the terms of Google, Microsoft or the AI provider you connect.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing section. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT unless stated. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

Third-party services

The service depends on Google, Microsoft and AI providers. They may change or limit their APIs, and we are not responsible for their availability or their actions. GSC Magic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to access, process and store it only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
