Your search data, inside your editor.
You shipped the side project. Now ask Cursor or Claude Code why Google isn't indexing it, without leaving the terminal and without creating a Google Cloud project.
Free plan, 7-day Pro trial, no card required.

Example data for illustration.
GSC Magic is a hosted MCP server with 70 tools for Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow, Core Web Vitals and GA4. It works in Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code and any MCP client: connect with one command and OAuth, or with a gsm_ token in a header. The Free plan covers one site.
Sound familiar?
Google Cloud is a side quest
Using the Search Console API yourself means a Cloud project, an OAuth consent screen, a client secret and token-refresh code. That is an evening gone before the first query.
The answer lives in another tab
You are in the editor, the data is in a web dashboard with 1,000-row exports. Pasting CSVs into a chat is slow, and the model still guesses.
Indexing problems show up late
A new page ships, nobody checks it, and three weeks later you find out it was never indexed. Search Console knew. Nobody asked.
What you get
One command, then just ask
Add the server to Claude Code or Cursor, sign in with Google once, and the agent can call Search Console from any project.
Post-deploy checks
Batch URL Inspection, sitemap status and resubmission after every release. Ask the agent to verify what you just shipped.
Re-indexing signals from the terminal
Submit changed URLs to Bing and other IndexNow engines straight from the agent. Write tools come with Pro and can be switched off in Settings.
Core Web Vitals from real users
Chrome UX Report numbers per URL or origin, their history, and a Lighthouse run through PageSpeed Insights.
Tokens for scripts and CI
Create a gsm_ access token, make it read-only and give it an expiry. Works in Windsurf, VS Code, curl or your own MCP client over Streamable HTTP.
Compact answers, small context
Reports run on our servers and return finished JSON instead of 25,000 raw rows that would eat your context window.
Up and running in a minute
- 1
Create a free account
Sign in with Google. One consent covers Search Console and GA4; pick the site to import.
- 2
Add the server
Run the command in a terminal for Claude Code, or paste the JSON into Cursor's mcp.json. Your browser opens once for the GSC Magic sign-in.
Claude Code (terminal)claude mcp add --transport http --scope user gsc-magic https://mcp.gscmagic.com/mcpCursor (.cursor/mcp.json){ "mcpServers": { "gsc-magic": { "url": "https://mcp.gscmagic.com/mcp" } } } - 3
Ask from your repo
"Which pages in our sitemap are not indexed yet, and why?" The agent answers from your live Search Console data.
Prompts to try
Copy one into Claude, ChatGPT or your editor once GSC Magic is connected.
Inspect every URL in our sitemap and list the ones Google has not indexed, with the reason.
Compare Core Web Vitals for /, /pricing and /blog on mobile. Which page fails LCP, and why?
Which pages lost the most clicks since last Monday's deploy?
Submit the URLs I changed today to IndexNow and resubmit the sitemap.
Run a PageSpeed audit on /pricing and turn the top three issues into a to-do list for this repo.
Which queries bring developers to our docs, and which docs pages rank on page two?
The plan that fits
Free covers one site and 10 tool calls a day, enough to try it on a side project. Pro removes the call limits, adds IndexNow and sitemap writes and keeps 16 months of history.

Questions
Do I need a Google Cloud project or API keys?
No. GSC Magic owns the OAuth client and handles token refresh and quotas. You sign in with the Google account that already has access to your Search Console properties.
Which editors and agents are supported?
Claude Code and Cursor sign in with OAuth. Windsurf, VS Code and your own scripts use a gsm_ access token in an Authorization header. Any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP works.
Can I call it from CI or my own code?
Yes. Create a read-only token with an expiry in the dashboard and send JSON-RPC requests to https://mcp.gscmagic.com/mcp. Tool names and descriptions are listed on the tools page.
Will the agent change anything on my site?
On the Free plan it can only read. On Pro and Agency write tools (sitemaps, IndexNow, Bing URL submission) are available and you can switch write mode off in Settings; read-only tokens never write.
How is this different from running an open-source Search Console MCP server locally?
Local servers need your own Google Cloud credentials on disk and only work in desktop clients. GSC Magic is hosted, also works in claude.ai and ChatGPT, adds Bing, GA4 and Core Web Vitals, and keeps history beyond Google's 16 months.
